Breakfast

A hearty breakfast is essential to start the day strong. Our breakfasts are designed to provide sustained energy for trekking.

  • Porridge (Oatmeal or millet) with honey, sugar, or fruit toppings
  • Pancakes or Chapati (flatbread)
  • Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, or omelets with vegetables
  • Sausages or bacon
  • Toast with butter, jam, or peanut butter
  • Fresh fruits (bananas, oranges, watermelon)

Lunch

Lunch is typically served on the trail as a packed lunch, or if time allows, at a scenic rest stop.
